Who’s Your Ideal Customer?
Here’s a great exercise: Define, in writing, your ideal client. Age, gender, industry, financial standing, location, motivations, eye color, whatever. Spend some time on this, because it will help you clarify where you need to spend your time. Knowing who they are will help you think about WHERE they are, and then you be there, too!
What do they read? Where do they shop? What are their fears, hopes and dreams? All this is relevant to your business.
And here’s a novel idea – ask them these questions! Call up your client, offer a coffee and find out more about them.
You’ll be glad you did!
Want some more stuff to do? Give me a call – I’ll buy the coffee if you bring the topic!
Or take my Business Health Check – it’s a physical for your business!
